Can I download the SYNC Vehicle Health Report service at syncmyride.com?

No. SYNC Vehicle Health Report is factory-installed in select 2009, 2010 and 2011 model vehicles in the United States. However, owners of all 2009 and 2008 SYNC-equipped vehicles (except Mustang) may upgrade their SYNC to include 911 Assist and Vehicle Health Report.
