Are traffic alerts available via email?

No. Traffic alerts are only available via mobile phone text messages. Traffic alert text messages are sent to the mobile phone number currently associated with Traffic, Directions and Information in your SYNC owner account.

Can I pay for my SYNC Driver Services subscription with a  bank check?

We cannot accept bank checks. To purchase a SYNC Driver Services subscription please use a major credit card (American Express,  Discover Card, MasterCard and VISA) or PayPal ® .
